I'm not sure if this will make up for the company's reputation of making psychotically geeky, overwrought calculators, but it couldn't hurt.
According to Engadget, Texas Instruments
has introduced the DLP Pico projector, a small projector capable of connecting to an iPhone or iPod and projecting a 60", 480 x 320 image up to 8.5 feet away.
The Pico arrives with an integrated 0.5 watt speaker, dock connector and runs for about two hours on a single charge. The unit is expected to go on sale in Japan on December 1st and retail for an estimated US$511 (or ¥50,000).
And since a picture's worth a thousand words...
